Please allow 1-2 weeks for personalization and monogramming before your items are shipped. Our shipping is by USPS which will be an additional 2-4 days depending on your location. We will ship either first class or priority mail with delivery confirmation at our discretion. Our shipping rates are as follows: $4.60 for orders up to $25, $5.50 for orders $26 - $40, $5.50 for orders $40 - $60, and $6.00 for orders $60 - $99.99. For orders over $100 shipping is FREE.

Rush Orders: If you need an item rushed, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. Please email Prior to ordering to make sure we will be able to fill your order. A rush charge of $5 will apply to items under $25. A rush charge of $15 will apply to orders over $25.

Customer Pick Up: For Local customers - Place your order as normal through the website and pay through paypal. Deduct the shipping cost from the total on the invoice. We will contact you regarding a pickup place and time.

Returns

Personalized or monogrammed items are not returnable, except in the case of an error on our part. Any item with errors must be reported within 10 days of receiving item. Merchandise must be returned before a refund will be issued. Please contact us in advance to let us know the item you are returning.

When placing an order, please review information (ex. spelling of name, or placement of letters in monogram). We can not be responsible for orders submitted incorrectly. We offer a 10 day money back guarantee for non-personalized items in their unused, original condition. Shipping is non refundable.
